I received a BAD one!!! The headset didn't charge at all and I was not pleased... Took me a week to get an exchange and all is well now. My replaced headset is great and I am satisfied. This thing "Rocks" but make sure the headset is near your iPod. I did read more reviews and noticed the bass level is low. I adjusted my earpiece a little and the bass is much better.
Thanks for paying the return shipping BZ. I'll give the merchant 5 out of 5 stars for their support. For the manufacture, they get 4 out of 5 stars because they produced a bad headset.

just got it 2 days ago and now i am happy that it's a part of my workout. i am getting over 4 hours with the playback before having to recharge. the only issue i have is with the bass. i wish there was more. the sound quality is decent considering it's wireless.

Great product. The only negative is the size of the buttons. Other than that I really love this JayBird especially with the extra adapter to connect my computer now.
