BZ Traveler Return Policy
As part of our goal of 110% customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our sales department at sales@bztraveler.com. All returned merchandise must be in the exact same condition that it was shipped out in. BZTraveler.com reserves the right to refuse products that are returned in what our Quality Assurance team deems as being in unacceptable condition. Our staff at BZTraveler.com will e-mail a shipping label for the returned merchandise. A fee of 15 percent may be deducted from any applicable refunds for merchandise that is acceptable, but did not come back with the original packaging. Note that we reserve the right to refuse merchandise or charge a restocking fee for large orders.
EXCHANGES - A 15 percent restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges. Please notify sales@bztraveler.com for any merchandise exchanges. For Non-Deliverable Returns, a 20 percent restocking fee will be applied and credit will be given for future purchases. Additional fees may be applied to any credit refunds.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS - If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Shipments that were received damaged are required to be submitted for return within 5 business days of receipt. Defective merchandise is covered for 30 days by BZTraveler.com. After that time please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.:Upon receipt, our BZTraveler.com Quality Assurance team will process your return/exchange within three (3) business days from which any appropriate refund would be issued. Please allow up to four (4) business days for any applicable funds to post on your account. All refunds are returned to the credit card used to pay for the order. You will receive a receipt via email for your records.
Occasionally things arrive defective; BZTraveler.com honors all manufacturers’ warranties on their product to be free from any defects upon arrival. Furthermore, if you are not 110% satisfied with your product you may return it at anytime for a full refund. You can return your items up to 30 days of the purchase as long as product is in the condition it was received (new).
